Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend this company to anyone!! I texted at 7:00 and immediately received a call back. Not only did they fix the problem, they did it over the phone with a little troubleshooting. Truly there to help. I scheduled them for another issue and they will be out tomorrow. Made my evening!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a problem with a broken door opener motor. Didn’t remember who put it in. Called Overhead Door to see if it was them. They didn’t have me in their system. They asked me what brand the opener motor was. I told her and she checked and told me they don’t use that manufacturer but checked with the installers and they suggested another company as a possibility. I called the other company and it was the one I had used. That was a big help and was above and beyond for them to do. Will definitely call them in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with Overhead Door Company was exceptional. Scheduling was easy, Stephanie was helpful with finding an appointment time that didn’t interfere with my work schedule. My technician, Logan, arrived during the scheduled time window; he was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He completed the requested work, at the anticipated cost, and even helped me set up the door opener app that I didn’t even know was available. As a single woman, scheduling work at my home can be very stressful and frequently unpleasant, it was so nice to have such a pleasant, positive experience. Thank you so much.
